These Booking Conditions govern the sale of travel services by Bisalta Travel ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and Payment• All tours are booked via our partner platform WeTravel.• A deposit between 10% and 30% or full payment is required at the time of booking (amount specified on each booking page).• We accept payments through Stripe.• Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable payment.
2. Note: The deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise on the booking page.
2.2 No-Shows and Late ArrivalsNo refunds will be provided for:• No-shows• Late arrivals causing you to miss part or all of the tour• Any unused portion of the trip once it has begun
2.3 Cancellation by Bisalta TravelWe reserve the right to cancel a group tour due to:• Insufficient participant numbers for the tours (minimum: 6 travelers)• Unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.)• Other unforeseen operational issuesIn these cases, we will offer:• A full refund of all payments made, or• The option to transfer your booking to another tour or future dateWe are not responsible for expenses not booked through Bisalta Travel (e.g., flights, insurance, personal arrangements).
3. Minimum Group SizeMost group tours require a minimum of six (6) participants. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour with advance notice and a full refund.
4. Tour ModificationsWe may modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation in response to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any major changes in advance when possible.
5. Age RequirementsAll those attending an organized group tour must be 18 years of age or older at the time of travel.
6. Travel InsuranceWe strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip interruption/cancellation, and personal belongings. Bisalta Travel does not provide insurance coverage.
7. Third-Party ServicesWe partner with third-party service providers, including but not limited to transportation companies, accommodation providers, and local guides. While we make every effort to work with reputable and reliable partners, Bisalta Travel cannot be held liable for the actions, omissions, or errors of these independent entities.
8. LiabilityBisalta Travel is not liable for injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from acts or errors of third parties or due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.
9. Health and SafetyYou are responsible for ensuring you are in good physical condition appropriate to the tour's demands. We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk.
10. ComplaintsIf you encounter an issue during your tour, please report it to your tour leader or guide immediately. Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing to moc.levartatlasib%40ofni within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion.
